Unlike the Job Finder business buyer, the financial buyer will invest in a business with a long term financial plan in mind. The financial buyer is more concerned with return on equity, return on investment and return on burden of management.
This type of buyer has the option of investing in a publicly traded stock, and may get pre-tax returns on their investment. Retrospectively, the stock market offers them little or no control over the business future. However, the financial business buyer may invest in a business that appears to have little value, but they believe they can turn the business around and generate a high return.
