Christopher George is a Certified Business Opportunity Appraiser, Company President, is also past president of the Association of New England Business Brokers. Chris has been engaged in the appraisal, sale and financing of small to mid-sized businesses since 1971. He has personally aided buyers & sellers in thousands of sales and appraisals. 
Jeffrey M. Lefebvre is certified by the International Business Brokers Association as a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI). He is the Company Vice President and has been associated with George & Company since 1987. Jeff specializes in the valuation, sale and financing of closely held companies and is currently pursuing his senior business appraiser designation . 
Ronald J. Kirwood is a graduate of Harvard Business School and has been Managing Director with George & Company since the 1990's. As past owner of several businesses and a background in middle-market mergers & acquisitions, he is highly qualified to represent seller and buyer alike. Ron is also a Managing Director of The March Group of the Virgin Islands. 
John G. Maywalt is a Senior Broker with George & Company and has been associated since the 1990's. John is a past client and customer and has exhibited unique understanding of the intricacies of business transfers after being on both sides of the closing table. John's wide array of talents have made him a veteran of countless business sales and valuations. 
Allison F. Hebert is Assistant Vice President with George & Company. Her responsibilities include daily interaction with clients and customers. She specializes in the complex procedures such as license applications, insurance requirements, closing documentation, legal forms, etc. If you have questions about transfer procedures Allie is the go to person. 
Marianna T. Osipenko is an associate broker and appraiser at George & Company. She is past owner of Boston Brokerage in Somerville, and joined our staff in 2003. With Babson College degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurship, she brings a solid foundation that has aided her in becoming an expert in business appraisals, sales and financing. Marianna has earned the prestigious Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation from the International Business Brokers Association. Lori M. Jacobson is a Senior Broker at George & Company. Lori comes to us from an extended career in sales within the telecom and pharmaceutical industries. Her years of service have produced many successful business closings. She is an accomplished business appraiser and is working towards her real estate broker's license and certification in the International Business Broker's Association.
 Adam P. Pasquale joins the local James Street office. He was the Executive Broker/Owner of Achieva Realty and brings a vast network of buyers, sellers and brokers to the George & Company team. Adam is a resident of Worcester and a member of The Greater Worcester Board of Realtors and the Worcester Chamber of Commerce.
 Richard "Dick" Taylor was a trusted associate and dearly loved friend who aided countless customers and clients throughout his career at George and Company. Dick was amongst other things, a licensed auctioneer, real estate broker, M&A intermediary, expert in matters of banking and finance, wine lover, striper fisherman, Patriot's fan, Cape Codder, devoted father and husband to the love of his life Christine "Queen Bee" Taylor. We will miss him but forever cherish our times together..
